A cross country road trip, The Great Food Truck Race, is here to test the culinary skills of the ambitious chefs of America. In its third season to be organized by the Food Network, this competition will see the well known chef Tyler Florence preside the season. A twist waits for the contestants i.e. the food truck owners—there will be no contest among the existing truck owners. Instead, eight teams of aspirants who want to be in this business of food truck will compete in the race.
